2. Scope

This notice applies to visits to our websites www.hummingbird.at, as well as edition-colibri.com and luftundliebe-design.de, which redirect here, and to contacting us. Orders placed on online marketplaces are covered by our separate privacy notice for marketplace orders.

3. Visiting the website

When you open the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data so the pages can be delivered to your browser: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information. This data is used only for delivery; we do not keep access logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• No cookies or similar storage technologies.
• No tracking, no web analytics, no advertising networks.
• No embedded third-party content such as social-media plugins, maps or videos.
• Fonts are loaded from our own server; no connection is made to Google or any other font provider.

Pages are delivered through our hosting provider's server network (processor); the website files are stored in a data centre in the EU, and visitors from the EU are normally served from servers in the EU.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you e-mail us, we process the information you send (name, e-mail address, content of your message and any attachments) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: steps prior to or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries about acquisitions and partnerships are treated confidentially.

We delete your message once it has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies; business correspondence relevant for accounting is kept for seven years (§ 132 BAO, § 212 UGB). For e-mail we use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) as a processor with data stored in the EU.

5. Job applications

Applications you send us by e-mail are used only for the selection process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no employment follows, we delete them six months after the decision (§ 29 Austrian Equal Treatment Act), unless you have agreed to longer storage.

6. Recipients

Only our hosting provider and our e-mail provider receive your data, as processors and for the purposes described above. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Write to us at info@hummingbird.at.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at, or with the authority in your country of residence.

8. Changes

We update this notice when our website or processes change. The version published here applies.
